What do you charge?
A flat management fee, agreed up front and taken from collected rent. No renewal fees, no hidden admin charges. Development and sourcing work is quoted per project, in writing, before anything starts.
I already have an agent. Is switching painful?
No. We serve the notice, transfer the deposits and collect the keys. Most landlords switch without their tenants noticing anything but the new phone number.
Will you take on a single property?
Yes. One flat managed properly tends to become two. Around half our portfolio landlords started with a single tenancy.
Where do you operate?
London, day to day. Further afield when the numbers justify the journey.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one working day, by a person who knows your file. Usually faster.
